We're Hiring: Claims Adjusters – P&C / Workers Compensation

Claidroid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Claims Adjusters.

We are looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, particularly Workers Compensation claims, who can independently manage claims through the complete lifecycle — from initial setup and investigation through adjudication, reserving, settlement and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage Workers Compensation claims from setup through closure
• Investigate claims and conduct timely 3-point contact with claimants, insured parties and medical providers
• Evaluate claim facts and make accurate compensability decisions
• Assess claim exposure and establish appropriate reserves
• Handle complex and high-exposure claims
• Administer applicable medical and indemnity benefits
• Identify opportunities for early resolution and negotiate settlements
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory guidelines and regulations
• Provide timely claim status updates and guidance to customers, agents and other stakeholders
• Present claim positions and recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications

Candidates with any of the following will have an added advantage:

• California Insurance Adjuster License
• Texas Insurance Adjuster License
• CPCU Certification
• AIC Certification
• Experience in medical or litigation management
• Experience in training or mentoring colleagues in a Claims Adjuster role

Candidates should also be willing to obtain and periodically renew relevant state Claims Adjuster licensing certifications, where required.

• 2–5 years of relevant Claims Adjusting experience
• Strong knowledge of P&C / Workers Compensation claims
• Hands-on experience in claims adjudication
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking ability
• Sound judgement in claims decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage complex claims independently
• Strong customer and stakeholder-management skills

Location Requirement

This is a Work-from-Office role at Pune.
