Job Title: Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Architect
Purpose of the Role: We are seeking an experienced Customer Journey Analytics Architect to design and implement scalable solutions using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). The ideal candidate will lead the creation of data architectures that provide actionable insights into customer behaviors and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of CJA solutions, integrating Adobe Analytics and AEP to optimize the customer journey and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and ensure the architecture aligns with business and marketing objectives.
- Develop scalable data architectures for seamless integration of customer data across systems, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and analytical models that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Lead the optimization of customer journey strategies using advanced analytics to improve personalization, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer journey analytics.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and ensure alignment with broader MarTech and data architecture strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience with CJA, Adobe Analytics, AEP, and MarTech tools.
- Strong expertise in data architecture, customer segmentation, and journey mapping.
- Proficient in designing and implementing scalable analytics solutions and developing impactful dashboards/reports.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong focus on data quality, accuracy, and scalability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
