Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Tendering Manager role based in Faridabad. The Civil Tendering Manager will lead end-to-end tender management for civil and structural projects, including identifying opportunities, reviewing tender documents, and preparing compliant technical and commercial proposals. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, procurement, finance, and execution teams to gather inputs, estimate costs, and finalize bid strategies. The role will involve preparing BOQs, pricing sheets, and supporting documentation, as well as managing pre-bid queries, clarifications, and negotiations with clients. The Civil Tendering Manager will monitor tender pipelines, maintain tender documentation, support contract handover to project teams, and contribute to process improvements in bidding and estimation.

Qualifications

• Strong tendering expertise, including Tender Management and Tender Preparation skills for civil and structural projects.
• Proficiency in Procurement and vendor coordination to obtain accurate quotations and support competitive bids.
• Experience in Sales and business development activities related to infrastructure, fabrication, or construction projects.
• Solid Project Management abilities to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and support smooth project handover after tender award.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline; a postgraduate qualification in Construction Management or similar is an advantage.
• Good understanding of contracts, BOQ preparation, estimation methodologies, and relevant codes and standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other tendering/estimation tools; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and written communication skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in infrastructure, steel structures, railways, or industrial fabrication tenders is preferred.
