Description
We are seeking a skilled Civil/Telecom Engineer with 3-8 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both civil engineering and telecommunications, and will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure projects that meet our client's needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop civil structures and telecom networks.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess potential project sites.
- Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Oversee construction activities and manage contractors on-site.
- Perform quality control checks and inspections on materials and workmanship.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure including fiber optics and wireless networks.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing timelines and budgets.
- Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations related to civil and telecom projects.
