Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Supervisor, based in Sangli. As a Civil Supervisor, you will oversee daily construction activities, ensure site operations are conducted efficiently, and coordinate with teams to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities include maintaining quality control standards, supervising workers on-site, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations. The Civil Supervisor will also manage progress reports and actively communicate with project teams to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory and site supervision skills to effectively lead and manage on-site activities.
- Proficiency in quality control methods to maintain high standards in construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle on-site challenges and implement safety protocols effectively.
- Relevant experience in civil engineering or construction supervision is preferred.
