Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Execution
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities including RCC, structural, finishing, and infrastructure works.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor workforce deployment, material utilization, and productivity on site.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Support planning and execution teams during project activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or site-related issues.
Quality & Safety Management
- Ensure adherence to approved construction methods, quality procedures, and project standards.
- Maintain proper site safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines.
- Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or accidents.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to management.
- Maintain records of site activities, inspections, and workforce deployment.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of civil drawings, construction practices, and safety standards.
- Proven track record of managing civil construction activities for Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Infrastructure projects.
- Ability to lead site teams effectively and resolve technical issues on time.
