1. Project Overview & Objective

Bungalow Project

The Owner/Developer invites proposals from reputed structural engineering consultants to provide comprehensive structural design, analysis, detailing specifically specialized inReinforced Cement Concrete (RCC)structures.

• 
  
• Structural Modeling & Analysis:Utilizing advanced FEM software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro) to perform 3D analysis,
• RCC Detailing & Drawings:Preparation of detailed reinforcement drawings (Column schedules, Beam-column joints, Shear walls, Slab reinforcement, Lift cores).
• General Arrangement Drawings (GAD):Issuing Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, including formwork layouts and construction joints.

Scope of work includes

1) Structural GFC Drawings for Common CP-1 400 SQM structure

2) Common Infra work - Trench Detail, UWT/Pump Room Detail, BMS Room, Security Room , Wastewater Treatment Area

3) Bungalows will change as per requirement. Total 22 Units. 250-450+ SQM
