Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil & Structural Engineer with 3–8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas / EPC industry. The candidate will be responsible for delivering design and engineering solutions for civil and structural works, including foundations, steel structures, and industrial buildings. The role requires coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant design deliverables aligned with project requirements and international standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform design and analysis of concrete and steel structures for industrial projects.
- Develop structural design calculations, reports, and engineering deliverables.
- Review drawings such as GA drawings, foundation layouts, Formworks , RCC drawings and structural detailing.
- Analysis & Design of foundations for static and dynamic equipment, pipe racks, and buildings.
- Interpret geotechnical reports and incorporate findings into design.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) for design inputs.
- Review vendor drawings and provide technical comments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (IS, ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, etc.).
- Support quantity take-offs (MTO) and estimation activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of project documentation and maintain proper records.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel design.
- Familiarity with design codes such as IS, ACI, AISC, and Eurocodes.
- Experience in foundation design (spread footing, pile foundation, raft foundation).
- Understanding of load calculations (dead load, live load, wind, seismic).
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, MAT3D etc.).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic 3D modelling tools.
- Knowledge of MTO preparation and engineering documentation.
Qualification & Experience
- Master's degree in structural Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Industrial projects.
- Hands-on experience in civil & structural design engineering.
- Experience in refinery, petrochemical, or similar industrial projects is preferred.
