Civil Structural Engineer

Job Purpose

To manage design, estimation, and execution of industrial projects for seed industry plants, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and review CAD drawings (layouts, modifications, as-built drawings).

•Prepare BOQs, quantification, and estimates for projects.

•Verify site measurements and contractor bills.

•Maintain working knowledge of market rates for materials and works.

•Manage end‑to‑end project execution across multiple plant locations.

•Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to standards.

•Monitor project timelines, costs, and progress.

Experience & Skills Required

•Minimum 5 years of site experience in industrial projects.

•Strong industrial project exposure (seed / agro / manufacturing preferred).

•Proficiency in AutoCAD / CAD software (valid license mandatory).

•Experience in BOQ preparation, quantification, and rate analysis.

•Ability to handle multiple sites.

Education

•Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.

•Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required.

•Strong execution and coordination skills.

•Quality‑focused and cost‑conscious approach.
