About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, supervising manpower, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications
Ensure proper execution of structural and finishing work at site
Maintain strict quality control by inspecting materials, workmanship, and construction practices
Manage laborer's and subcontractors to ensure productivity and smooth workflow
Coordinate with Engineers, Architects, and other site teams for seamless project execution
Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material consumption records, and other site documentation
Ensure work is completed within project timelines and budget guidelines
Identify site-related issues proactively and resolve them in coordination with Engineers
Monitor site logistics, housekeeping, and material management effectively
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations at site
Support during client, consultant, and management inspections and implement corrective actions as required
Maintain discipline and productivity at the construction site
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and resources
Required Skills
Strong experience in Building Structural Work and Building Finishing Work
Sound knowledge of RCC work, brickwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing activities
Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings accurately
Good leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and coordination ability
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Knowledge of site safety practices and quality standards
Flexibility for roster duties
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from residential/commercial building construction background preferred
Hands-on experience in supervising complete building execution activities
Ability to handle site work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
