- Supervision of concreting, masonry, chantar plaster, RCC, Flooring, plumbing, finishing activities as per need
- Responsible for curing and maintain casting dates on structural members
- To ensure the safety related instructions to worker
- Sorting of steel wastage
- To maintain proper conduct with team, labour agencies, client and consultants
- Daily labour planning
- Co-ordinate and interact with other construction supervisors and follow up specific instructions given by Engineers and Project manager.
- To maintain wastage of steel and shuttering material in proper manner
- To maintain proper housekeeping
- Daily maintenance of shuttering material and proper stacking of the same
- Before execution of any activity to ensure machinery and material availability on site
- Distribution and supervision of labour for construction activities
