Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview:

Gauri Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Foreman to supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering and have practical knowledge of civil construction, labour management, site execution and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily civil construction activities as per drawings and instructions from site engineers.
Manage and coordinate labour, masons, carpenters, bar benders and subcontractors.
Ensure proper execution of RCC, PCC, masonry, plastering, shuttering, reinforcement and finishing works.
Read and understand basic civil engineering drawings and layouts.
Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Check material requirements and coordinate with the site/store team.
Maintain proper workmanship and ensure quality standards at the site.
Ensure workers follow safety procedures and site instructions.
Maintain daily labour attendance and work progress records.
Report site progress, issues and material requirements to the Site Engineer.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision preferred.
Practical knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry and finishing works.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
Good labour handling and site coordination skills.
Willingness to work at project sites across Haryana / Delhi NCR.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
