Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with strong expertise in
Mivan (aluminium formwork) construction to manage and execute high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality, safety, and coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise high-rise construction works (RCC & finishing).
- Manage Mivan formwork cycles and structural activities.
- Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, welding, and carpentry works.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and MEP teams, Architects, Company management, and other vendors for effective flow of work and timely resolving of drawing issues.
- Track daily progress and resolve site execution issues.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC and Mivan construction systems
- Hands-on experience in shuttering, welding, and carpentry supervision, Interior works, Erection works, Waterproofing, etc.
- Good understanding of drawings, BBS, and site planning
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
Preferred
- Experience in fast-track high-rise projects
- Strong leadership and site coordination skills
Experience
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in high-rise building construction (minimum 25+ floors mandatory).
- Proven experience in Mivan (aluminium formwork) construction systems.
