Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Project Engineer to manage interior fit-out and civil execution projects from site mobilization to handover. The ideal candidate should possess strong site execution knowledge, contractor coordination skills, quality control expertise, and the ability to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities for interior fit-out and civil works.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure work is completed as per approved timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout execution.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Handle quantity estimation, material planning, and site resource management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor project costs and assist in billing and measurement verification.
- Manage contractor billing, client billing support, and work measurement records.
- Resolve technical issues and provide practical site solutions.
- Coordinate client meetings and maintain project progress updates.
- Ensure smooth project handover with proper snag closure and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, residential interiors, or turnkey projects.
- Strong understanding of civil finishing works, site execution, and project coordination.
- Experience in project billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost monitoring.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel across project sites within NCR as required.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in luxury residential, commercial, office, retail, or hospitality interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing, project coordination, and billing processes.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
