Job Description

Position: Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety compliance, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Conduct quantity estimation, measurement, and verification of executed work.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and safety regulations.
  • Inspect materials received at the site and verify their quality.
  • Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
  • Maintain site documentation, including work records, inspection reports, and material records.
  • Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes and statutory regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 4–5 years of experience in building, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects (experience requirement may vary based on role).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is preferred.
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Understanding of construction safety practices.
