Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a proactive Civil Site Engineer to join our construction company on MG Road, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing on-site interior fit-out and civil construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent coordination skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute on-site interior fit-out and civil construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Ensure quality control and strict adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain all necessary site documentation.
• Monitor material usage and efficiently manage inventory.
• Conduct site measurements and ensure proper layout implementation.
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and regulatory norms.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and report any challenges to management.
• Liaise with clients and consultants for approvals and inspections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of civil/interior construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
