Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Quantity Surveyor, based in Kochi. The Civil Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for monitoring and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and ensuring cost plans are maintained within budgets. Key responsibilities include cost estimation, preparing detailed cost reports, and maintaining records to ensure compliance with contractual and financial agreements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
- Experience with BOQ preparation and comprehensive understanding of its processes
- Skills in Cost Reporting and ability to prepare accurate financial documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate within project teams
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
