Education :BE (Civil) / BTECH (Civil) only

Job description

Must have Knowledge of WTG foundation.

Knowledge of all concrete tests as per IS-456 and 516.

Mix-design report review

Witness trialmix at site

Raw material inspection and maintain IMIR

Site quality inspections (such as stage and final) as per FQP

Civil works and wind turbine foundation inspection to carry out Pre, during and post work of an early winter wind turbine foundation pour, foundation Reinforcement, review of the concrete test results, batch plant inspection.

Monitoring of tests Carried out on soil, concrete, structure or equipment add to site.

Monitoring of quality workmanship materials and equipment used in the actual construction.

Conduct regular progress review meeting to access quality, safety, schedule etc and advice corrective action if any.

Daily/Weekly quality report submission

Circulation of quality observations

Issuing NCRs and follow up for closure

Training to workmen
