This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Purchase Engineer based in Delhi, India. The Civil Purchase Engineer will be responsible for planning and managing purchasing processes, negotiating with vendors, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of materials. The role also includes coordinating with suppliers, analyzing costs, maintaining records, and ensuring that materials meet specified quality standards. Collaboration with project and engineering teams to meet operational demand is an integral part of this role.

• Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Planning, and Purchase Management
• Experience in preparing and managing Purchase Orders
• Strong Analytical Skills for cost analysis and procurement decision-making
• Knowledge of vendor management and supply chain best practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with construction materials and industry standards is an advantage
