Civil Project Planner PMC

Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines using onsite planning applications and Gantt charts

Break down project scope into WBS and activity sequencing for site execution

Monitor day-to-day site progress through onsite tracking tools and update schedules regularly

Prepare and update Gantt charts to reflect actual vs planned progress

Identify delays, slippages, and critical activities based on Gantt chart tracking

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for real-time progress updates

Ensure activity-wise tracking and reporting through onsite applications

Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports based on schedule updates

Track milestones and deadlines and escalate delays proactively

Plan and align material, manpower, and equipment requirements as per schedule

Support site execution teams with clear timelines and activity priorities

Maintain planning records, updates, and documentation in onsite systems

Assist in preparing revised schedules and recovery plans using updated Gantt charts

Ensure timely completion of project activities as per planned schedule and commitments
