Civil Project Management

Job description : Civil - Project Manger / Site Manager

Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities.

Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors and vendors.

Check measurements, quantities and material requirements.

Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Prepare and maintain daily site reports and progress updates.

Coordinate manpower and subcontractor activities at site.

Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the scheduled timeline.

Check materials delivered to site and ensure proper usage.

Review drawings and communicate requirements clearly to the site team.

Prepare snag lists and follow up for closure.

Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interior and other services teams.

Preferred candidate

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Min : 12+ years of experience in residential construction.

Good knowledge of building construction and site execution.

Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.

Ability to manage subcontractors and site workers.

Should be willing to work at construction sites in and around Chennai.

Candidates with experience in villa / premium residential projects will be preferred. .
