We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Engineering Consultant to oversee our ambitious mixed development initiative.

What You'll Do:

Lead comprehensive engineering oversight for all project phases

Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with key stakeholders

Drive technical excellence in design, planning, and execution

Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards

Deliver strategic solutions for complex engineering challenges

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of engineering experience in large-scale development projects

Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification

Proven track record in project management and team leadership

Expertise in infrastructure design, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred: Experience with PMC (Project Management Consultancy) roles, Degree in Engineering/Construction Management
