Civil Project Engineer Greenfield Projects

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at the greenfield project site.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for timely execution of work.
• Ensure civil works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for project managers.
• Assist in planning work schedules, manpower deployment, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve on-site issues effectively.
• Manage site-level documentation including work permits, inspection reports, and contractor bills.
• Liaise with consultants and statutory authorities as needed for inspections and approvals.
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and cost parameters.

Desired Profile:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with min 3 years of relevant experience in greenfield industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering practices, construction materials, and equipment.
• Experience in handling site-level activities such as excavation, foundation, RCC works, etc.
• Good knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to relocate to project sites and work in dynamic site conditions.

Preferred Experience:

• Greenfield project execution in sectors like manufacturing, oil & gas, power, or infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with contractor management and on-site quality assurance.
