YOUR IMPACT
Focuses on driving efficiency, safety, and digital transformation within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects. Given India's emphasis on rapid urbanization and mega-projects (e.g., Gati Shakti, Smart Cities), this role bridges technical civil engineering with lean management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Bachelors or master's degree in civil engineering
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP (Project Management Professional), or specific BIM certifications
- 8 - 12 years of experience in high rise luxury projects
Key Responsibilities
Playing a lead role in analyzing designs, methodically taking out quantities. Assisting the Budgeting team with quantification of civil finishes & services aspect of the project. Should possess sufficient knowledge in thumb-rule estimation
Implement Lean Construction and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste in material procurement, manpower deployment, and equipment usage.
Drive the adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM), ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle), and real-time site monitoring tools to improve project tracking and reporting.
- Quality & Safety Excellence:
Ensure adherence to Indian Standard (IS) codes and ISO 9001/45001 standards, focusing on Zero Harm and first-time-right construction quality.
Monitor project budgets, perform gap analyses on Plan vs. Actual performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise between site engineers, design teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and timely milestone delivery.
