Job Title - Civil Interior Engineer / Quantity Surveyor (3–4 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Interior Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have expertise in BOQ preparation, site execution, quantity estimation, AutoCAD drafting and coordination with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for interior and furniture projects.

* Perform quantity estimation and material take-offs from drawings.

* Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, progress monitoring and coordination.

* Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings (2D layouts, furniture layouts and working drawings).

* Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and vendors (As per requirements).

* Verify site measurements and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.

* Prepare material requirements and assist in procurement planning.

* Monitor project progress, quality and timelines.

* Prepare project documentation, reports and measurement sheets.

* Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the project team.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.

* Experience in interior fit-out and furniture projects.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).

* Good understanding of civil and interior construction practices.

* Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ Interior Designing or a related field.

* 3–4 years of experience in civil interior and furniture projects.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of billing and rate analysis.

* Experience in project coordination and site management.
