Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team in India. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports for upper management.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Assist in the scheduling of work and manage labor resources effectively.
- Conduct quality inspections on work performed and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in civil construction or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
