Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kottayam for a Civil Faculty at CADD Centre. The Civil Faculty will be responsible for delivering training programs to students in civil engineering design and software applications, both theoretical and practical. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, evaluating student assignments, and maintaining classroom discipline. The faculty member will also assist in conducting workshops, industry-focused events, and seminars to ensure students stay updated with the latest trends and technologies. Additionally, the role requires mentoring students and providing career guidance to support their professional development.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD.Pro.
  • Knowledge of civil engineering concepts, structural design, and industry practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering engaging training sessions.
  • Ability to mentor students, conduct workshops/seminars, and provide career guidance.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior teaching or training experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with industry advancements and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
