Responsible for managing and executing all construction activities within an assigned project section (area-wise or structure-wise), coordinating across disciplines (civil, mechanical, structural, electrical) to ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery of work within the defined scope.
Lead execution for all assigned works in the section civil, structural, and MEP as applicable. Coordinate day-to-day activities between engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.
Plan and monitor section-wise progress in line with the project schedule and milestones. Review construction drawings and ensure execution adheres to technical requirements and standards
Conduct inspections, participate in internal/external audits, and close observations/ NCRs. Ensure maintenance of daily records, material reconciliation, and documentation.
Resolve site issues and escalate critical matters to the construction head promptly. Monitor productivity, safety compliance, and quality assurance in the assigned section.
Coordinate with planning, design, and procurement teams to ensure resource availability and sequence of execution. Conduct daily site briefings, progress monitoring, and reporting.
