Civil Execution Engineer

Candidate with 5-8 years of mandatory experience in handling Execution of 3-5 Star Hotel/Hospitality projects.

His responsibilities will include but not restricted to:

1. Day to day planning, sequencing of job, proper utilization of materials & manpower.
2. Time and cost analysis and its implication on project, billing of the project and handover to operations team.
3. Preparation of new BOQ or amendment of BOQ, BOM for civil works of projects.
4. Capacity to monitor budget during execution of project.
5. Verification of specifications during amendment of BOQ, BOM for Hotel/Hospitality project.

Educational Criteria: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
