• Understand real problems in procurement, payments and site execution

• Visit sites / offices when required

• Collect ground-level market insights

• Support early-stage startup validation work

• Help convert raw conversations into useful observations

• Learn how a startup idea is tested before it is built

• You are curious about startups and construction

• You can speak to new people without overthinking

• You can handle rejection without disappearing

• You take initiative without waiting for daily pushing

• You are comfortable with field work and market conversations

• You want real exposure beyond college theory
