Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineering Content Marketing Intern located in Chennai. We are looking for a unique blend of a Civil Engineer and a Digital Storyteller. You will be required to visit construction site, creating educational content that helps Indian homeowners navigate the complex journey of building their dream homes.. The role involves researching industry trends, drafting engaging content, managing project documentation, and supporting marketing campaigns aimed at professionals in the civil engineering sector.

Duration: 6 - 10Months

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design
• Knowledge of Water Resource Management principles and industry developments
• Strong Communication and Project Management skills
• Ability to research and translate technical information into clear, engaging content
• Passion for civil engineering-related topics and interest in marketing
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role or exposure to technical writing is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Create 3-5 high-quality videos, Reels/Shorts per week explaining construction concepts (Material selection, foundation types, cost saving, etc.).

Convert complex civil engineering technicalities into simple, actionable advice for laypeople.

Visit construction sites to film Real vs. Estimate comparisons.

Requirements

Education: Final year student or recent graduate in Civil Engineering.

Skills: Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) and comfortable on camera.

Expertise: Solid understanding of RCC, masonry, and Indian market material rates.

Mindset: Energetic, creative, and obsessed with helping people build better.
