Role & Responsibilities:

• Verify and check contractor monthly bills as per project execution and measurement records.
• Maintain site documentation including joint measurement records and project files.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to Head Office (HO).
• Coordinate and follow up with multiple contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
• Conduct site surveying, estimation, and quantity calculations.
• Perform quality checks for civil construction activities at site.
• Handle complete site execution and supervision of civil, interior, and finishing works.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and construction standards.
• Support project planning and execution activities for industrial/pharma construction projects.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
