Vipran Corporate is a growing real estate and construction company working on residential and land development projects. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
• Check measurements, quantities, and quality of work.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
• Monitor quality and safety standards at the project site.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site-related issues.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities.
• Maintain proper site documentation and records.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in construction/site execution.
• Good knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across Maharashtra.
• Candidates willing to relocate based on project requirements will be preferred.
