Scope of Work: -
The project involves undertaking detailed survey, measurement, verification, and assessment activities for residential, commercial, and industrial properties within VVCMC limits where the Commencement Certificate (CC) has been issued, but the Occupancy Certificate (OC) is still pending. Before the issuance of the OC, VVCMC is required to conduct the survey for which they have appointed a firm to support the survey process.
A survey agency has already been deployed to carry out the field survey. Employees engaged in the project shall be responsible for oversight and monitoring of the field survey team and support the survey team in carrying out physical site surveys and collecting accurate property-related data through field inspections.
Roles & Responsibilities of Technical Persons (Team 2):
- Verify actual site conditions with sanctioned building plans and available municipal records.
- Identify unauthorized constructions, additional built-up areas, extra floors, FSI violations, covered common areas, and changes in property usage.
- Verify survey forms, case papers, assessment records, and demand generation-related documentation.
- Identify unauthorized additions such as extra floors, enclosed terraces, covered common spaces, misuse of basements, unauthorized occupation areas, and conversion of residential premises into commercial use.
- Shall oversee and verify legacy data entry activities and ensure the proper entry and digitization of Building Plans from physical maps or approved drawings into the software system provided by VVCMC, both during and after the completion of the legacy data entry process.
- Verify property details with existing municipal records and databases.
- Monitor daily legacy data entry progress.
- Ensure proper Building Plan entry and digitization from physical maps and approved drawings.
- Verify correctness and completeness of digitized data uploaded into the software system.
- Maintain property-wise digital records and indexing.
- Coordinate with field teams for missing or mismatched data.
- Perform quality checks on entered data and AutoCAD drawings.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).
- Monitor legacy data entry targets, work progress, and timelines.
- Track the productivity and performance of data entry teams and report delays, issues, or pending cases to the management for necessary action.
- Generate various types of MIS reports as per project requirements and submit them to the management team. Verify the successful uploading of survey records, property photographs, and AutoCAD drawings/files into the designated software system.
- Ensure proper data security, backup, and maintenance of all survey and assessment records.
- Coordinate with the software support and technical teams for timely resolution of system-related issues.
- Maintain a complete audit trail and record of all survey, verification, and assessment activities carried out under the project.
- Preparation of notices, case papers, assessment files, and related documentation.
