Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer (Techno Commercial) role based in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar (Gujarat) . The role involves designing and reviewing structural solutions using Reinforced EPS Structural Panels (RESP), preparing technical drawings and reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The Civil Engineer will coordinate with sales and business teams to provide techno-commercial support, including cost estimates, proposals, and technical presentations to clients and stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include project planning, site visits, monitoring construction activities, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. The role also includes supporting product optimization, assisting in trials and demonstrations, and contributing to the documentation and promotion of NBP's green building technologies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design for structural analysis, detailing, and construction methodologies.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Planning to manage project timelines, resources, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess skills in Stormwater Management to support sustainable site design and compliance with environmental and drainage requirements.
• Candidates should be qualified Civil Engineers with a strong understanding of building materials, codes, and standards relevant to green and fast-track construction.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience in building construction projects, preferably with innovative or prefabricated systems.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, prepare BOQs, and support cost estimations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
• Proficiency with CAD or similar design tools and basic project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
