Responsibilities & Job Description -
- Hands-on experience in managing entire construction project life-cycle right from development to delivery encompassing Project Planning, Project Budget finalization, Project Execution, Monitoring, Quality Control, Inter-Discipline Coordination, Resource Planning and Documentation.
- Handling and supervising work related to civil construction, Site Management & Operations
- Sourcing the Contractors and handling entire process of contracts finalization, negotiation with contractors / vendors & Administration
- Guiding the Execution Team for smooth functioning & timely completion of the Milestones which lead to Project
- Liaising & coordinating with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, Purchase Department and other external agencies
- Vendor bill certification
- Costing and estimation, CAPEX and Monitoring of Funds, Cash flow projections
- Estate Management
- Maintenance and repair Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work (MEP)
- Facility Management
- Asset Management
- co-ordination with municipal committee, government and non-government agencies, local bodies etc. for obtaining Approvals and Sanctions required in relation to project.
- Take stock of project jobs and work out timely resource requirements.
- Work out timelines for approval.
- Project monitoring, continuous supervision, timely review and coordination with vendors/suppliers/agencies/local bodies/departments.
- Ensuring all tasks are progressed as per Agreements with various contractors, RCC designers, legal consultants, Architects, Advisors, all other counsellors/consultants etc. associated with the project.
- Ensure safety, security at site for men and material.
- Complying with Building code, local body regulations and statutory compliances in connection with project.
- Material Control including security, coordinate to obtain technical and Laboratory test reports.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate management tools.
- Process all such preliminary actions which are necessary prior to commencement of project execution proper.
- Study and advise on design drawings and maintain Drawing records. Resolve differences and disputes arising amongst various contractors and Architect consultants etc.
- Any other related duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications - BE Civil Engineer, ME Civil Engineer
Required Experience - Minimum 15-20 years experience
