Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, design, develop, execute, and maintain construction projects ranging from small-scale to large-scale developments, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and sustainably.
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze relevant data, including maps, reports, test results, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Perform technical and feasibility studies and prepare detailed designs and blueprints that comply with technical specifications, standards, and project requirements.
• Assess project risks, material requirements, resource needs, and associated costs to support effective planning and decision-making.
• Provide technical guidance and proactively identify and resolve emerging problems, defects, and project challenges.
• Supervise, support, and mentor project staff while coordinating effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the completion and handover of structures, facilities, and associated services to ensure they are ready for intended use.
• Monitor project progress, track performance against schedules and budgets, and prepare regular reports on project status, milestones, and key issues.
