Job Description
Civil Engineer with strong expertise in
structural analysis, ground direction and geotechnical assessment, modular structure fabrication, and stress/pressure analysis.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and supporting fabrication of modular civil structures while ensuring safety, performance, and compliance with engineering standards.
NP- Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis of civil components and systems to ensure strength, stability, and durability.
- Evaluate ground direction and geotechnical parameters, including soil behavior, foundation interaction, and load transfer mechanisms.
- Support design, fabrication, and installation of modular structures, ensuring constructability and efficiency.
- Conduct stress, strain, and pressure analysis for structural elements under static and dynamic loading conditions.
- Collaborate with fabrication teams to optimize manufacturing techniques and assembly processes for modular construction.
- Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and design documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Participate in site inspections, troubleshooting, and structural performance assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of structural mechanics, geotechnical engineering, and modular construction principles.
- Experience in stress analysis and pressure load evaluation.
- Familiarity with structural design software (STAAD, ETABS, ANSYS, SAP2000, or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret drawings, fabrication details, and engineering specifications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in industrial structures, test facilities, or prefabricated/modular infrastructure.
- Knowledge of FEA-based structural validation.
- Exposure to fabrication methods, welding standards, and structural assembly techniques.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
