Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for progress and monitoring of all civil works at site including RCC, brick work, plaster, line level, footing, substructure, superstructure, foundations and finishing etc

Understand & supervise closely the work

Must be able to Co-ordinate with Consultants, Architects, Subcontractors and execution team for approval of drawings, materials, clarification of details for execution at site

Must be able prepare and present reports whenever required

Monitoring day to day civil operation and troubleshoot any issues well in advance.

Candidate must have knowledge of AutoCAD to understand drawings & plans

Basic knowledge of computer & internet is must

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
