Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Lucknow. The Civil Engineer will contribute to the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure and construction projects, with a focus on government and heritage-related work. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs and drawings, assisting with project planning and scheduling, and performing site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to specifications, safety standards, and regulations. The role will involve coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders, as well as preparing technical reports, estimates, and documentation for regulatory approvals. The Civil Engineer will support stormwater management solutions and other infrastructure systems, while helping maintain the company's standards for quality, sustainability, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong civil engineering foundation, with skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.
- Experience in project Planning and coordination for infrastructure or construction projects.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure systems.
- Eligibility to work as a Civil Engineer, with familiarity with local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar tools).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and site inspection skills, with attention to detail and safety.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and government clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and manage multiple tasks within timelines.
- Prior experience with government or heritage projects is an advantage.
