Role Description

Rushiraj Group is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the execution of high-quality residential and commercial projects.

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for site execution, coordination with consultants and contractors, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per approved drawings and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors
• Monitor quality standards, safety norms, and construction best practices
• Prepare and verify site reports, measurements, and progress updates
• Manage material planning, quantity checks, and site inventory
• Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate with internal teams for post-sale modifications and client requirements
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and statutory compliances

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 4+ years of relevant experience in real estate / construction projects
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred
• Willingness to work on-site as required
