Work from our office at Indiranagar, Bengaluru, and at various project sites across Bengaluru
Your Role:- Manage and oversee home construction projects on-site.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and site teams to deliver homes as per plan.
- Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, safety norms, and quality standards.
- Track progress, manage timelines, and help keep costs in check.
- Identify and solve challenges that come up during construction.
- Review structural details, materials, and workmanship to ensure the highest quality.
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 24 years of experience in residential or home construction projects.
- Good understanding of structural systems, construction practices, and building materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and site reports.
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
