Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will assist in planning, executing, and supervising construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Prepare and review estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), material requirements, and project reports.
  • Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
  • Verify measurements and prepare work completion reports.
  • Monitor labour productivity and material usage to minimize wastage.
  • Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports and site records.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

  • 1–2 years of experience in construction, site supervision, or infrastructure projects.

  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering standards.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of quantity surveying and billing.

  • Understanding of quality control and safety procedures.

  • Experience with estimation and project documentation.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
