Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer who can handle end-to-end site execution and coordination. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of construction activities, ability to manage site operations, and ensure timely project completion with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day site execution and ensure smooth progress of work

- Supervise construction activities as per drawings and specifications

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams

- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards

- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met

- Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment

- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively

- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation

- Ensure safety standards are followed at the site

- Coordinate with senior management for updates and reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / BE)

- 510 years of hands-on site execution experience

- Strong understanding of construction processes and site management

- Ability to read and understand drawings (structural & architectural)

- Good coordination and communication skills

- Ability to handle site independently

- Problem-solving mindset and practical approach

- Stable job history preferred (no frequent job changes)

Preferred Background:

- Experience in residential / commercial / infrastructure projects

- Experience working with contractors or construction companies

- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates will be preferred

Salary Range:

40,000 60,000 per month (based on experience and interview)
