** Salary:** 30,000 45,000 per month

** Experience:** Minimum 3 years (in construction/building projects)

** Preference:** Local candidates from Goa only

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams

* Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards

* Manage site documentation and project timelines

**Requirements:**

* Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering

* Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Must be based in Goa
