We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to manage and execute residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in both high-rise and low-rise residential projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute high-rise and low-rise residential projects.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and reports for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 13 years in residential construction projects (high-rise and low-rise).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
