Civil Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Civil Engineer to join our manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial construction projects, plant infrastructure development, contractor management, and civil maintenance activities. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, Work Permit Systems, and Safety Management is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction and maintenance projects within the manufacturing plant.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts, and project plans using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor project progress, maintain DPRs, and track costs, quantities, and materials using MS Excel.
• Ensure civil activities are executed within budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor the Work Permit System for all construction and maintenance activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS, safety standards, and safe work practices across project sites.
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard identification, and corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support plant expansion, infrastructure enhancement, and production-related civil requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower productivity, and work quality.
• Maintain project documentation, quality records, and compliance with ISO requirements.
