Infrastructure Maintenance

• Routine maintenance and repair of mill buildings, chimneys, drainage systems & staff quarters.

️ Project Execution & Supervision

• Supervise new construction and renovation projects within the mill complex.

• Handle structural steel and RCC works.

Structural Design & Assessment

• Design/modify layouts for new machinery installation.

• Work on heavy machinery foundations and storage warehouses.

Project Planning & Reporting

• Prepare detailed project reports (DPRs).

• Estimate project costs including labour & materials.

• Manage and coordinate contractors.

️ Quality & Safety Control

• Ensure construction materials and execution methods comply with quality and safety standards.

• Coordinate and deal effectively with vendors.
