Position Summary
A seasoned civil engineering professional with 812 years of experience in planning, design, execution, and project management of industrial and commercial projects. Preference is given to candidates from government colleges, NITs, or MSIL-approved institutions.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Institute: Government College / NIT / MSIL-approved colleges
Work Experience
8 to 12 years of relevant experience in:
- Project Planning, Design, Estimation, Tendering, and Execution
- Project Management across Industrial and Commercial Infrastructure Projects
- Interior Fit-outs and Finishing Works
- Involvement in greenfield project execution is highly preferred
- Exposure to Industry, Infrastructure, and Construction sectors
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Coordinate with architects and consultants for project planning
- Prepare specifications and project approval documents
- Conduct cost estimation, tender documentation, technical evaluations, and vendor negotiations
- Oversee structural and design verification
- Manage scheduling, execution, and real-time monitoring
- Conduct quality checks, safety audits, bill certification, and coordination with statutory authorities
Desirable Skills & Tools
- Multiple project handling capability
- Knowledge of current civil engineering technologies
- Proficiency in:
- MS Project / Primavera
- AutoCAD
