JOB Description :

Site visit, Stakeholder engagement and assessment of projects feasibility

. BoQ preparation for identified community development projects

. Coordination for pre-bid site visit of tender participant agencies and explain the concerns, if any

. Facilitate the tendering and negotiation for approvals

. Arrange and fulfill compliances from contractors including Third party Insurance, PF/ESI, BOCW etc.

. Coordinate with contractor and soil testing agency for timely soil testing and report

. Co-ordination with Consultant & Contractor for project layout, designing and project execution

. Ensure smooth execution of project in coordination of village heads, project beneficiaries and other stakeholders

. Day to day monitoring of projects to ensure specified quality and safety standards

. Project measurement, bill checking and submission to central team for further processing
